Yes Daniel, I also received my receipt around the 4:00 pm. I was a
bit puzzled and so I have gone through the whole process again,
received another receipt - (5 minutes ago) - but no email or anything
has come through.

Found the problem, given others' success. I was simply copying the
FREE24 text from the Tom Nelson blog page. I found that there was
an extra space character coming across with the copy. Got rid of
that and it all worked.
