Can someone help please. My Grandson has been given an itouch for christmas and has spent the day learning how to operate it. He is 11 years old and will be coming to some of the Wamug meetings. he has tried signing in to facetime with his apple ID but when he does an alert pops up saying 'could not sign in, please check your network connection and try again'. The ipod is connected to wifi and down loads and sends emails so wifi is working.Please can you suggest something for him to try. His name is Lachlan.
