Hi Chris, I don’t know what is going on … ;-) It looks like you will have to resort back to doing the download and install through iTunes 1 Connect your iPod Touch to your Computer (make sure your computer is connected to power not battery) 2. iTunes should open and if you see in the dialog “A newer version of the iPod Touch software is available (version 4.3.1) to update your iPod Touch with the latest software, click Update. Follow the prompts. 3. It will take around 50-60 mins (depending on your download speed) to download. Then iTunes will install the software You can see what version you have installed on your iPod Touch by going into Settings > General > About > Version Cheers, Ronni 17" MacBook Pro Intel Core i7 2.66GHz / 8GB / 1067 MHz DDR3 / 500GB Serial ATA Drive @ 7200rpm OS X 10.6.7 Snow Leopard Windows 7 Ultimate (under sufferance) -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml> Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml> Unsubscribe - <mailto:wamug-unsubscr...@wamug.org.au>
