I think my needs probably go beyond the business catalyst you refer to, at least based on what I can read about it, but the Software Selection & Implementation service could be of interest. Should I just fill in the Contact Us form? Checked out CapsuleCRM, thank you ... leaning towards open source if CRM is indeed what I need.
