Hi Ronni Thanks for that information. I have had the same problem as Stuart, but intermittently and not in urgent situations. So my lack of knowledge about cookies and JavaScript didn't matter. Now, if the problem happens again, I will be able to handle it.

Step 3 - Clear the cache a) Select "Safari" from the menu bar and then select "Empty cache" from the drop down menu. b) When the confirmation window appears, click "Empty" to clear the browser cache Step 4 - Apply all changes To enable these changes, close and restart your browser. Once you have re-opened the browser, your Safari settings should be compatible with ANZ Internet Banking and allow you to log on. This is all fairly standard for accessing online bank statements.
