Hi Curtis,

I have had the same problem since upgrading to the MYOB 9.6 - I have  
over the past few years had to call in to re-register and I am still  
using Leopard, so I doubt if it has anything to do with the fact you  
are using Lion.  It would appear, as you say, a problem of their making.
