Hi Tim,

Just a thought - I seem to remember this happening to me with a site a while
back (probably not ANZ or banking) and it WAS actually downloading the pdf
but giving it the .aspx file extension - if you let the .aspx file download
completely and the change the .aspx extension to .pdf you may find you
actually do have the pdf (at least that is how it worked for me).

Just a thought - but pretty easy to try.
