Hi folks, My daughter has an iMac about 18 months old. It still runs with Snow Leopard.
Just lately it takes a long time to start up. Sometimes even hangs on the blue screen and needs re-starting. Used by her and her 2 kids each with their own log in. Even logging out of one and into another is tedious ! I have run "repair permissions" several times. Last night I downloaded "Internet Cleanup" and also ran that. It got rid of a lot of rubbish.
