Thanks Ronda, Location Services is and was on together with Compass and other 
relevant services. The accuracy depends upon WiFi. Modem is switched off in the 
house I'm in, and so the iPhone's location leaps about. I suspect that the 
capacity of the cell towers in the general vicinity affects accuracy.
