Good afternoon all I completed the Proxy Form for Tuesday's meeting, and saved a copy. As requested, I attached the saved copy to an email, but when checking to make sure it was OK, all of the details entered are no longer visible.
Could someone please explain where I have gone wrong and what I must do to rectify the problem.
