If she has Whatsapp it is easy to disable this feature: 1. Open Whatsapp 2. Tap on "Settings" in the bottom bar 3. Tap on "Chat Settings" 4. Toggle "Save Incoming Media" so that it's OFF Now the next time she receives an image from Whatsapp it will not be saved automatically. She can however save it manually if she pleases. Does she have Bump or similar on her iPhone? If so, I would suggest she up her security on the sharing Apps so this doesn't happen.
