Yes, shocking display by The Pies! :(

Just check Settings - Phone - Calls - Calls on Other Devices is OFF

Settings - FaceTime, make sure that you don't have "Use your Apple ID for 
FaceTime." 
If it is set to use Apple ID for FaceTime, for some reason that info will 
transfer. 
Make it only so that you can receive facetime through your cell number.
 
That FaceTime is set to receive only with the phone number assigned to the 
individual iPhone.
