Our iPrimus experience in Doubleview, about 200 m from the node, has been atrocious with download speeds of 0.10Mbps. Not at peak times, I hasten to add. That “speed” was a 5:56AM. After we complained the download speed went up to 35.5Mbps but as I write this it is down to 11.0 with an upload speed of 0.91.
