Hi Blitto, iCloud stores shadow copies of the documents in iCloud Drive in your user library. These documents can be edited, even with no internet access. They will start updating, when you get online again. If you edit the same cloud document on different macs while offline, you may get a warning, that there is a conflict, and you will have to select, which version to keep.
The local copy of iCloud Drive is stored in the hidden folder /Users/YourUserName/Library/Mobile Documents/ Kind Regards, Ronni Ronni Brown’s iPad Pro 12.9-inch 256GB > On 26 Sep 2020, at 6:03 pm, Rod Blitvich <rb...@iinet.net.au> wrote: > > Hi Folks > Anything wrong with turning this on? > I think my Documents folder is 60GB and my iCould storage is 200 GB. > > Can I still access my documents when not connected to wifi? > ta > Blitto > > <image.gif> > > Rod Blitvich - Amy & Sam’s Dad > . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . > Good Ideas > 0409 681 256 > rb...@iinet.net.au > > > > -- The WA Macintosh User Group Mailing List -- > Archives - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/archives.shtml> > Guidelines - <http://www.wamug.org.au/mailinglist/guidelines.shtml> > Settings & Unsubscribe - > <http://lists.wamug.org.au/listinfo/wamug.org.au-wamug>
