Hi Wendy,

I’m not sure you have fully understood the minimal effect on the user that the
transfer of the email hosting of iinet, westnet et. al. email services actually
entails.
Now perhaps because you appear to be accessing your email via a web browser you
are experiencing the dual login dance (it sounds absurd to me).

You could consider using an email client, such as Mail, which comes installed
on every macintosh and iPhone.
Using these services I, my wife, and my children have experienced a
frictionless transition.
Infact they don’t really know, or care, who is managing their email hosting.
All they care about is continuity of service, which they have experienced.

As for your assertion that third party companies, such as Medibank etc. expect
you to change your email address is a complete nonsense.
If that is what you have been told you, have been badly advised.

You just keep using your westnet/iinet/ address as if nothing has happened.

Regards,

Robin
