A person performs an act during the time of war on directions from his
government! He does as he's ordered and is awarded the nations highest
honor. Achieves public prominence! Now 40 years later a person who's post
war life has been less than honorable comes forward and tells a story
universally denied by everyone else who was there.!
The papers are full of Vietnam war vets who suffer hallucinations,
nightmares and suffer emotional disturbances! Indeed we are paying
disability pensions for thousands with such claims and we pick this guy out
of all the others to believe? Why? Because it suits a weak and sick
political agenda of some people who wish to prove the US wrong at all costs
no matter what! I'm really sick and tired of people who have done nothing
with their lives and are caught upin their own futility try to erode the
best system of government ever seen on this earth.
Do we always live up to our ideals? No What other county emerging from wars
that killed thousands of its people, put the economies of the defeated
nations back together. Where would Germany and Japan be without the ideals
of the US?
Lets say America righted every wrong it was supposed to have done. Lets
throw Israel to the wolves The middle eats will still be a barren wastelands
with the top few percent of its population living off of 95% of the wealth.
What great ideas will come out of Serbia and Croatia? What will stop the
next ethnocentric ruler from executing the ethnicity that he doesn't like?
Norway and Sweden will still be failed Monarchies noted for their cell
phones and little else their place in history long gone. Do you not think
the children of today would not be speaking Russian if not for a healthy
helping of the US economy and people holding Russia at bay? How about them
speaking Chinese in the future. How long will it be with out the presence
and might of the US before the wolves of your mythology come howling down
,break their chains and devour you?
Were not perfect but we suffer the arrows of people like you who whine and
moan about the abuses of the US but you'll be the first one with your hand
out what we come with funds for your country ,aid for your disasters ,and
defense from your enemies. We allow even encourage dissent. That is why we
have crackpots saying we didn't go to the moon, JFK assassination was a
conspiracy ,the freemasons are drilling tunnels all over the US for magnetic
levitation and 911 was a Bush plot.. We also don't circumcise our women we
don't cover them up because our men lack self control we cured Polio and a
host of other diseases we commercialized electricity developed flight and
still are pioneering medical treatments that save millions of lives across
the world. We didn't do this by cringing in the corner and whining that the
King of Sweden is conquering Europe and that is wrong we colonized the west
we became the farm that feeds a good part of the world we developed forms of
mass transportation that even many of the countries critising us today
still have not equaled. We built an infrastructure unparralled anywhere in
the world. If the third world who bitches and moans about us would put a
pittance of the money they skim off in bribes and graft and corruption they
might pull them elves out of the squalor they find themselves in and blame
us for.
The Israelis should be used as an example of what a determined people can
do. They have take the same land that the Palestinians have lived in in
squalor for years and have turned it into a garden , a manufacturing and
technological center. They educate their people, they believe in sanitary
facilities and they have the wherewithal that the rest of the Arab world
lacks to make something of themselves. They show their Semitic brothers up
who's only talent seems to be to developed skills to kill their children and
tear and rend the rest of the world to bring it down to their level, The
have no skills to build themselves up. One group builds a skyscraper the
other does not even try to compete . they live in the squalor of the
foundation stones and plot how the bring the accomplishment next to them
down and count that as their goal inlife. Not to create but to diminish all
around them so they don't have to grow they only have to compare Jim

Wave the flag, sing the patriotic songs and march! Listen to the priest
