In fact, the issue is not so hard.
I can't cope with the problem just because, I didn't tell from the 'cell'
and 'table', I misunderstood that, the 'cell' can be replaced by 'table' all
the time.
Both the two method below can work:
ie.cell(:id,/td0/).click
ie.element_by_xpath("//td[contains(@onclick,'workoutNum')]/").click
