Hi There, I has a similar problem today and when i dug down deeper it was the nokogiri gem that was causing the underlying issue...!
I resolved it by installing the correct nokogiri gem for my platform i.e. nokogiri-1.5.0-x86-mingw32.gem. its all working fine now.
