Evan Hughes commented on WAVE-434:
----------------------------------
well andreas personally i want to purge the old client from the server, create
a new client using gwt 2.8.
This relies on the client-server api being up and running which would be the
next course of action.
- Get the api working
- Build a very simple client
- Purge old client
- Start new full client to replace
this is the road-map I use personally
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/WAVE/Roadmaps but I only work on
one part at a time and don't progress till its resolved. Like the submission of
the vagrant piece is currently my road block.
> Due to the unclear status, the program seems to be in hiatus

> Issue Type: Epic

> Priority: Critical
>
> The website doesn't reflect AT ALL about the current status of the project,
> the incubator page itself does not provide ANY information about the TRUE
> status, and there is no worklist to get the project out of the Incubator and
> on track again.
> Current team members still interested in the project should add concrete
> subtasks or preferrably User Stories to this epic to get it back on track -
> or step back and let the project die in peace.
> Wave is to awesome to be neglected or done half-assedly, let's either get it
> in a state where it can attract more open source users and developers or bury
> it properly.
