Yes, those two are always getting confused. Why, even on the way to the funeral last Sunday, my spouse once referred to him as Gavin. And what's worse, during the eulogy, co-star (and close friend) Jack Grinnage even came dangerously close to calling him "Gavin McLeod" before he caught himself! Them names is tricky!
