I'll take a shot at answering #1.  You're standing in front of the church (All 
Souls).

I sometimes do work in IT security.  I have the tin sign hanging in my office

I think that's what makes it more of a challenge.  It needs to be funny to 
someone who doesn't necessarily watch TAGS on a regular basis.  The one line 
that immediately came to mind was "We thought about killin' him, but kinda 
hated to go that far."
