Folks you never know what happens. Reason I say is. I came across a Kansas City, and also a Seattle Police car, doors and windows wide open. I stood by to make sure the officer comes back safely. If he don't show, call it in on their radio, identify who you are, tell them the situation, and stand by till another police car comes. Guaranteed the police officers are glad you stood by for their safety.
