I'm sure there is a logical explanation, but how did the Ladies' Historical Society know there was a direct descendent of Nathan Tibbs living in Mayberry but not know who he was? Seems the tracing might have gone the other way. But I'm not much into geneology so maybe if a person knows enough it makes sense. Maybe I just need a bucket on my head!
