Kind of like on that doctor show when they have to take out the spleen!
The other day I was at a fast food drive through window when a couple of the employees we looking out and pointing. I asked what they were looking at and they said, "That man back there in the parking lot is putting his personal household garbage in our dumpster and that is against the law." Of course I immediately replied, "Why don't you make a citizen's arrest?" They looked at me like I was crazy. I guess it's just a good thing I didn't say, "You just run up an alley and holler 'fix'!"
