Around here in Louisiana Lunch is at noon the big meal is dinner usually 6 p.m.. If your big meal of the day is at noon then that is dinner & supper is at 6ish.
After Sunday services many folks have a large meal, usually roast (Chicken, beef, or pork) or baked ham plus the sides, veggies, & dessert. Hoping that clears things up.
