I may have spotted the first appearance of Nice Dress Nellie in Episode 2 "The Manhunt" but want a second opinion from a "trained noticer". From 12:00-12:07 on the DVD there is an aerial shot of the squad car parked in front of the Courthouse with a crowd of people standing around. If anyone also agrees that she is standing directly behind the car, we can update the Mayberry Historical Society page dedicated to her appearances.
