I'm enjoying the color episodes I haven't seen in quite a while and thanks to the series DVD's, noticed two new items. In the opening shot of "The Statue" the camera has a close-up of Howard's arm with Andy's gavel in his hand sitting at Andy's desk and if you look closely, there's a thin telephone book between his arm and the telephone. With the sharp DVD resolution, it looks like the writing on the cover says Mount Airy, so it appears that it's possible Andy had a Mt. Airy directory on set. The filming of this episode would be close to the time frame when he returned to Mt. Airy to move his parents to California.

In the next episode "Helen, the Authoress" when it's mentioned she and Andy are going to Richmond, the scene transitions to Richmond and the publisher's office, a color photo of what's supposed to be the skyline of Richmond is shown, however, that is clearly a 1960's color photo of Charleston, SC with its recognizable church steeples and Charleston styled homes.

I don't think these have been mentioned before.
