Last night I was watching Mayberry RFD. Millie graduated from Howard's
Alma Mater, Bradbury Business College. She decided to be a secretary.
The second place she went to interview was at a real estate firm in Siler City.
Guess who was the boss of the real estate company? None other than John
Masters. Now we all know where he went after he left Mayberry. Also in
the show was Barney's boss in Raleigh, Cpt. Dewhurst.
Funny thing, the plot of this show was almost identical to the TAGS show where
Aunt Bea takes a job as a secretary for the counterfeiters.
That got me to thinking, I think there were several Mayberry RFD plots that
were very similar to TAGS. Anyone think of any others?
