On the episode " Howards Main Event ", he cancelled his Rum Cake order with the bakery because it was too close to lunch. Well he knew it was too close to lunch before he even walked in there. Even Andy told him it was too close to lunch. You know if I was Millie I would have made him pay a restocking fee and for the wasted packaging.
