One the episode " The Cow Thief " there was a blue ribbon moment admist of all the wonderful episodes on TAGS. When first watching Barney walk out with the Mayor and the detective while leaving Andy behind ( in Fletchers house ) , it would cause one to think cold of Barney. But then he came back in to tell the story of " the hair brain idea " of Andy hiring him as a deputy. I cant even express in words how wonderful and meaningful that scene was.
