Whoops!  My mistake.  It *does* need to be online to grab the
ad - appears to be going through DoubleClick and grabbing the
JavaScript ad code from ds.eyeblaster.com - something called
"BurstingScript".

The page still works and is 60+k zipped if you want to try it.
