Actually, what Jon said is that fixed only works on IE. Of all the usual browser suspects, only IE lets author trump user. Other browsers allow users far greater choice and control over font size (user trumps author), IE "knows" what users "really" want. All compliant browsers recognize "em", even IE. So if you want resizable text, all you have to do is put it in your css.
