Check in IE 6 on XP Pro, no scrollbar. Didn't see on in Mozilla, Opera 7 or NN 6.2 either. You might want to set a background color for your page body. I have Opera set to display a 'lovely' shade of yellow which while not looking too bad with your site is surely not what you intend.
I don't have NN 7 to test with but it should display the same as Mozilla and avoid even more AOL garbage to uninstall. Cheryl D.
