It does sound like it applies to any plug-in etc. so I'm probably wrong about it only affecting IE. I've subscribed to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list, should be an interesting discussion! The W3C article states that Macromedia is very interested in this so Flash plug-ins must be affected too.
