Matt, I still see the xml prolog. You need to remove that since it throws ie6 into quirks mode. Put the charset in a meta tag.
No scroll on ie6, win2k server until you get down to the logo image size. Incidently, if you add overflow:hidden to the image container it will hide the excess image when the screen size shrinks.
