I do know that downloading the newest play using your Netscape/Mozilla browser will work for those browsers and Opera. In order to download and install the correct browser for IE, I access that site using my IE browser. I don't know if many people realize that there are 2 downloads.
Clients/customers, aren't they the cat's meow (arse) sometimes.
Good luck getting your flash to work on all browsers and working with your client.
