You can add to that stretching the hand in the opposite direction that you
are holding the mouse in to stretch out the fingers. If you have someone
around that can massage the arm, that helps too. The best way to stop the
pain is to stop using the arm until the pain is gone.

Switch sides, seriously using a mouse too much can cause RSI or repetitive
