Hi Ross,
I really like your FLASH =) I think overall it looks very sharp. There are 2 things I would change. 1) it's very narrow - I would widen it out a bit - I'm thinking to 700'ish px or so and 2) I don't care for the grey-purple-y gradient background ~coloring~ I would go with a color already in use in the design. Either that or a solid color - probably white. There seems to be some kind of color clash going on in my opinion.
I would like to ask if you'd share the way you did your rounded corners?
