Thanks for the reply - problem is: I can't find a phpMyAdmin folder
anywhere! I searched high and low. I am sure it would not be so hard
to find. Any other ideas?

This is a permission problem. Right-click on the phpmyadmin folder
and choose properties. Under the tab Security, click on "Add" and
