Accessibility depends on legible text, but your page discriminates against all IE users who need to use the resizer to make your tiny text big enough to read, which creates web users' biggest complaint: http://www.useit.com/alertbox/designmistakes.html. The same goes for high resolution users, to whom 12px is commonly referred to as mousetype. By the time I zoom your mousetype up to a size I can read, the line lengths are limited to 3-4 words, much too short. Fixed width is for print, not the web. The web is a naturally flexible medium, and works best without artificially imposed size contraints.
