Hi Tris,
I took a look at this page but cannot figure it out. What I did do on
the top is to add bgcolor="#00273b" - that seemed to help, but it looks
as though the bottom section has a table cell that has the white
background and the graphic in it. Maybe you could just make the table
cell the height of the graphic? Sorry I wasn't much help.
