Well the last thing you added was the dual monitors and tv. Following
the usual conventions of trouble shooting, remove the tv then the dual
monitors to see if either of those is the cause of the loss of the
hub. If not, disconnect everything from the hub and see if that works.
Then you may want to look at the hub and cable.
