This is certainly an issue that I need to keep track of, however I
think we're OK:
Code built in extra layers on top of Web2Py (e.g. proprietary modules
equivalent to T2) can stay private.
Only if the Web2Py core layers are changed & distributed in binary
form, do those changes need to be contributed back.

This seems reasonable to me :)
