which i suppose mean that web2py should be working. But still is not
accesible,neither with firefox, nor w3m nor telnet:
 w3m http://127.0.0.1:8000/

 telnet localhost 8000
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection timed out
