Well, sorry for confusing you. :-)

SQLField(...) is basically same to db.Field(...). And you can "define
validators (and others) beneath the table definition" rather than my
"validators into the field definition". That is equivalent too.

My point is just telling you to try label='blah (*)'.  :-)
