Hi rhubarb, new features are listed in the README files.
usually 1.63.xxx versions are bug fixes version. In this case better docstrings, some undocumented experimental features that you should not be using and fixed an issue with SQLite on windows in presence of strange chars in paths. We do release new versions in average biweekly.
