Thank you, Thank You! Fran Forgot about pywin32. Had installed it for python2.5 but forgot to re- install when I switched this box to python 2.6. It's always the little things isn't it :D
Seems to be working correctly now. Well the installation of the service gave an error "Exception in thread Thread-1 (most likely raised during interpreter shutdown):" but the service seems to have installed all right and I could start it just fine. ~Brian On Jul 20, 5:05 pm, Fran <francisb...@googlemail.com> wrote: > On Jul 20, 10:27 pm, Brian M <bmere...@gmail.com> wrote: > > > I'm attempting to get web2py setup as a service under windows XP Pro > > but am running in to some problems. > > >>python web2py.py -W install > > Did you install these?:http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/ > > > Does anyone here have a recommended way to setup web2py as a service? > > http://groups.google.com/group/web2py/browse_thread/thread/733896d0ae... > > F --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group.
