I wasn't suggesting using the actual OpenShare. The functionality is similar to what you want. + You have banners + You count the views/clicks + Served from a solid infrastructure + Easy to manage
You can take a look at OpenShare's source code and quickly hack your solution. OpenShare is a cut-down version of a commercial product we created for a company that was doing exactly what you describe, so most of the stuff are there.
