Something is wrong in your model For example

    SQLField("employee_password", "VARCHAR",
length=128,default=None))

should be

    Field("employee_password", "password", length=128,default=None))

field types are listed here: http://web2py.com/book/default/section/6/4

If you have 'INTEGER' it should be 'integer'.

User Field, not SQLField (deprecated but aliased).

Probably you should use built-in auth, and not redefine your own
employee table.
