Should we use the http://experts4solutions.com/e4s/default/contact to start that process, or should the home page be changed to de- emphasize that option?
I could use help with the procedure anyway. I did use the contact page in an attempt to reach an expert, but I don't know if I asked the right questions or gave the right information.
